since it's the policy of the obama group to mandate (without funding) whatever it believes will fix the ills of this nation, we see legislation like this.
where is the money going to come from that this will cost?
these little silent scooters will cost 50k apiece and will be out of the reach of the average consumer.
with no money to lend, car dealerships will not be able to float loans on any of them so those not able to pay cash need not apply.
with the mortgage crisis, people will have to get the BIG ELECTRIC S.U.V. size to live in once their mortgage forcloses.
with the taxes going up next year to cover the bailouts, and the deficit, and the WARS, and whatever else obama comes up with for us to pay for, no one will be able to put two bucks together, much less fifty thou.
