    2008 Senate Bill 1620 (Establish seized non-fire save cigarette procedures )

    Introduced in the Senate on November 6, 2008, to establish procedures for notification of manufacturers when cigarettes are seized that do not meet the fire safety standards proposed by Senate Bill 1621, and giving the manufacturer an opportunity to inspect the cigarettes

    The vote was 36 in favor, 0 opposed and 2 not voting

    "cigarettes are seized that do not meet the fire safety standards" Cigarettes only work when they burn. You guys are truly works of art.

    Nice Irony, which I am sure was LOST on Mr. Tupac. This representative really need to go. He has proven himself incompetant for at least the last year.
