    How on Earth

can they keep your car after they decide you didn't commit a crime? This should be a no brainer which is exactly why it won't pass. The government employed crooks don't want to give up any of their ill gotten booty.

keeping an innocent person's property after the "justice system" has cleared them is described simply as THEFT.

it should be treated as such in EACH AND EVERY CASE and PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.
