    a very narrow class of recipients? How about us taxpayers who can't afford ANY type of insurance and are paying for ALL government employee's???????????

    "Sec. 104b. After October 1, 2008, the monthly retirement allowance payable to a retirant who was receiving disability in 1983, discontinued receiving disability in 1986, and began receiving a pension in October 1988 is supplemented by 20%" Who fits this "very narrow class", Sen. Roger Kahn's? relatives?
