    its something else

Sec. 682. (1) The driver operator of a vehicle overtaking or meeting a school bus which that has stopped on the paved or unpaved portion of a roadway, including within an area of construction.....This was a waste of time it all ready says on a roadway, well then if the construction zone is on the road way, I think most are, shouldn’t you stop. How much do they get paid to think of this? Oh they did change some words in the bill like driver to operator and which to THAT. The best on is, to exceed, instead say MORE THAN. So you don’t have to stop in a construction zone on a road way? LOL

    ENFORCEMENT

Is this a wide-spread problem???????? I can't believe our so-called representatives waste time on this. It's already a law and anyone who claims that a construction zone where a bus has stopped isn't on a roadway is a moron trying to get out of a ticket. The judge should suspend their license - our legislators should not waste their time rewording laws.
