    Does this mean?

. . .that we're actually going to crack down on Wayne county engineered illegal elections? About damned time! The egregious frauds perpetrated in Wayne county affect the outcomes for the entire state-and it deprives other state residents of their right to have their vote counted equally and fairly! Its a state shame this has been allowed to continue for many years.
