     wow.. the state is trying to PRIVATIZE HEALTH CARE.

    they are offering VOUCHERS for certain services. isn't that AMAZING???

    THIS should put the leftie's knickers in a twist. let's see how long it takes.

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

     while i do not agree with the concept of welfare, issuing vouchers would give the recipients a choice as to whether or not they go to a private doctor, or a public hospital.

    Yes, a person on welfare wants more than anything to have a choice of medical professionals.

     you might just be surprised. given a choice between seeing a 'real doctor' or a para-professional in an understaffed clinic, even they would choose the real doctor. are you trying to say that those on welfare should just sit down, shut up and take whatever medical treatment we give them? or should they, too, have a choice in their healthcare?
