“Fuels of the Future Commission” whose mission is to promote research on and the use of ethanol, biodiesel, and other renewable fuels, and also require the commission to report on the source of alternative fuels sold in Michigan, where alternative fuel producers here sell their products, and the impact of alternative fuels on the economy of this state (if any)
