All the E-mail go back to 2008....since jan 2008 My DTE bill is UP
jan. 2008 $ 6.00 DELIVERY charge
Apr. rate change , june and july also in Sept. 2008 $ 3,00 SERVICECHARGE and rate increase etc etc. etc, it is now 2 may 2010 and with the new"gaffic" picture my may bill "HAS the graffic "fo JUNE on it> WHEN this is ONLY june 1.2010
And on the front of each bill it states THEY save me $ 3.34 and $ 3,89 trough whatever Energy cost.Change + increased!
