    Another Example

of the imperial state government creating problems out of nowhere. When you put draconian taxes on anything folks will try to find ways around it. Now, because of the exorbitant taxes the state charges we will create new criminals out of people trying to save a buck or two.

    So When I

bring a couple of cartons back from vacation in a low tax state with me I will now be a criminal? You folks are twisted. What's the problem? The state isn't sinking fast enough so you're going to drill more holes in the hull? When you tax something unreasonably people will find a way around it.

    How appropriate

that just during the past week the Freep had a front page story on how much the state is losing in taxes because of the extortion of money from smokers. Why not take a look at this side of it instead?

    Who'd a thunk it?

you raise taxes to draconian levels and folks will try to find a way around them. Jeez
