    Hmm hydrid that gets 35 mpg? Not much of a deal. Put tougher mpg requirements on it. The Vibe gets 35 mpg without being a hybrid

    tax research at all? i'm sure that if the state tried REAL HARD, they could come up with a way to do without that money.
