    Oh poor Andy!

Now he needs a committee to figure out how to eliminate deductions and credits. All of the inane tax legislation he has introduced must have worn him out. Congrats guys as of 9-25-07 you've introduced 494 separate tax bills. You must be very tired. If you seek a pleasant penisula... yea right! Why don't you change to "Welcome to Michigan, hand over your wallet!"

Let me save you some money...

Representative Dillion, taking money from a sucessful business through over taxation, so you can give it to another business that won't have to pay taxes and will compete for labor is not effective. Look around you.

Don't the Meisner's of this world wear you out?

Why doesn't Andy Meisner start off with reading the Michigan Constitution that he took an Oath to Uphold. I don't think it states anything about using legalized plunder to take from one to give to another. What ever happened to equity? Andy hasn't figured out that socialism has proven to be a failed system. But, he seems to believe that giving "TAX CREDITS" to a certain select few, and making it up by taxing others MORE is justifiable. Save me from those who "SERVE US UP!"

Where is For the People and By the People

We are supposed to have a voice in our republic form of government. ANY taxes need to be voted on by the people.

    they WERE

voted on by the people. they were voted on by the people who want a slice of the treasury. DEMOCRATS. they have voted for the people who will GIVE THEM a slice of that treasury (our money) and will ask nothing in return except their continued votes. so, while we dole out millions to the non-productive, those that pay the taxes are forced to foot the bill for every liberal spending proposal that comes down the pike. when democrats are faced with actually CUTTING taxes, they cringe, shout, threaten, and generally have a bad attitude about the world. they blame everyone but themselves for the mess we are in, and expect everyone to blindly accept their continued excesses so that they can fulfill the promises they made to the left leaning non productive masses in the big cities.
