    I don't like it but

THis is what happen when people are stupid and lazy .I go to the river fishing and see bait boxes everywhere just laying around so I can see why they want this law. I'd say if you're caught littering you should have to spend two saturdays picking up trash for ten hours each saturday the littering would stop.I hate these big government intrusion laws but people are to lazy to clean up after themselves so this is what we end up with.

Pack it in, pack it out.

If you can carry your container into the place WHY CAN'T YOU CARRY IT OUT!!! Same goes for non-returnable bottles, zip lock bags, the packaging your favorite lure came in, and even the spools that fishing line comes on. For that matter, pack out your discarded fishing line instead of throwing it in the water only to end up wrapped around my motor prop. Maybe we should tax -oh excuse me- put a deposit on these things to make it worth while to carry it out.

    I Agree

with the Pack It In Pack It Out philosophy and practice. That philosophy should become an integral part of the outdoor sporting ethic in Michigan, and the various hook-and-trigger groups should promote it vigorously, as do the hiking groups.

    Tone it down Mr. Calley

I support the cause but this need not be a law. More government. Yea! (sarcasm implied)
