What a great idea. This once a year stuff is out of hand. If a tenant files a complaint, heads roll immediately and things get fixed asap anyway. There are so many vacancies out there that if you don't take care of your property you are empty. Inspections (and the fees) are an unnecessary burden and quite frankly, I believe a money generating tool for municipalities.
