This is the type of legislation that demonstrates that we have to many legislators with to much time on their hands. Is it a bad thing? No. Does it need a new law? No!

    Rep. Hoogendyk's "no vote explanation"

Rep. Hoogendyk, having reserved the right to explain his protest against the passage of the bill, made the following statement: "Mr. Speaker and members of the House: As the father of 5 children, I can say from personal experience that my wife and I would not drive the car if she had to breastfeed one of our children. We had the common sense and enough concern for the safety and welfare of our children that would we would not drive down the road when our kids were not restrained properly. Once again, this is an example of state government over-reach. This is not the role of government."

    Hear Hear!!!

That is exactly right it is not the role of government to dictate our every movement. This crap is just another way for the government to rape the common man of freedom and money I sure hope evryone remebers this crap at election time.I am gonna do my best to keep track of this type of garbage that Tim Moore our area rep. supports so I can least do a bulk mailing to area voters to show them what they are voting for I hope other private citizens do the same excercise your rights of personal freedom and expose these freedom hating thugs for what they are freedom stealing fat cats.I really think the only way out of this is through a third party one loves freedom.
