    Workers need this

When I worked at Prince Corporation only young skinny blonds recieved good evaluations. Once your butt started to grow and an employee aged past 30 their evals mysteriously went down. Then they got layed off and never called back. It was so bad that the MESC office automatically granted claims regardless of what Prince management responses. They got sued so much, now they changed their names and are called Johnson Controls.

    So You Are Saying

that if I smoke on my own time it is ok to discriminate against me but fat people are a protected species? You folks should have looked at the long term when you were trashing smokers or anybody else because it didn't affect you.

    Exactly my thought.

That was the 1st thing that came to my mind too...and I am not a smoker. Don't descriminate against the overweight people---but don't descriminate against (on their own time) smokers either.

    it's amazing

how the majority of the people who vote out there SAY they are for total equality, and total opportunity, but the majority of the people who hire and fire are not.

    i thought that

strip clubs were illegal in michigan... with all the controlling of people's lives here, i wouldn't think that anything FUN would be allowed. they are working to stop drinking, smoking, consentual sex, i figured strip clubs would be the FIRST to go.
