This surely can't be a real problem in our state.I mean come on and even if it is who cares.This is just more junk legislation from legislators wasting our time and tax money.I say the train been operating just fine the way it is for a couple hundred years so leave it alone they don't need your big brother mentality breathing down there necks or is the next business you plan to tax and regulate to death.The problem in Michigan stems from garbage like this the over taxed and regulated on the verge of bankruptcy and this goof ball want's to come up with a law to interfer with one the means that help transport manufacters goods.
