GET THE REAL BIOLOGICAL FATHER TO PAY
Court system,should allow men-husband-boyfriends
prove that they are or are not biological fathers
After all it is in the best interest of child to
have a legal biological father to pay child support and children should have a real father visits and not just any man a mother want to be legal dad.
It is the duty of the mother to name father then the child support, normal visits for child.
STOP FRAUD by the court system underhanded mistakes. Senators must force courts to Paternity laws, blame the mother if they doNot name real birth Father of a child. LAZY COURTS
MEN WHO FATHER CHILDREN and BLAME ANOTHER MAN
COURTS ALLOW THOSE BIOLOGICAL MEN(fathers)TO GO OUT AND FATHER AGAIN WITHOUT PAYING.
So basicly courts, judges, legislators of Michigan are saying-its OK some innocent nonfather willPAY,
PASS LAWS TO FORCE REAL FATHERS TO PAY,GET THE
COURTS TO FOLLOW THE PATERNITY LAWS THAT ARE THERE
if a man only has a year to get justice, then a mother should only have a year to get the real father right ,to get child support money.
bottom line is children will NOT suffer if real
father is forced to pay, fact is they will be better off in the long run.
COURTS,FOC,FIA,JUDGES,MOTHERS MUST FOLLOW THE LAWS

Let the father fit the child law
John F.Mills(lawyer)said,"a child will be without childsupport, and no alternate means of support if a paternity laws change".
NO NO if a mother names the real father,DNA test the child will have child support @ real dad that visits and all future children born in Michigan will have the lawful rights of child support.
""LET THE FATHER FIT THE CHILD LAW"
get it right the first time then there will not be so many child without suppport,or paternity lawsuits,or seems lawyers donot want a new law cause they would be out of a job????

Limitations to a Putative Father
Under this bill, a putative father would only be able to sue for paternity if the mother had been cooperating. The loosest set of circumstances allows for a putative father to sue for paternity if the mother has acknowledged, in writing, the biological relationship of the putative father, and the putative father has demonstrated parenting time with the child. This seems simple, but neither of these things can be done without the mother's cooperation.
I submit for your consideration the situation in which a man father's a child with a married woman under the understanding the the marriage is ending. After the child is conceived, however, the husband and wife renew their relationship and dismiss the true father. The father would have no rights, and gets to spend the rest of his life hoping the generosity of the couple will allow him to at least see his child. Being a man in exactly this situation, I can tell you that I haven't seen much of that generosity.
I understand that laws can't simply allow any man off the street to file for paternity. The court system might be flooded with all of the irresponsible men out there just aching to pay child support. Or, god forbid, I might actually get to meet my daughter without having to worry about a restraining order.
Please stop dragging your feet on this bill. Give men some rights to their children, and then pass the bill. As it is, the putative father may as well not be able to sue for paternity, because he still requires the mother's cooperation. Give him some rights, too.

I live with "understanding"
I know full well the state of the current law. My daughter and I spent 4 years together before we were separated by this law. A few things didn't go like her mother wished so she hired a new lawyer. The new guy also understood the current law and instructed her to use this law to remove me from the picture. Before making the final decision, the judge in the case stated he was sickened by the decision but his hands were tied by this law. This took place over two years ago. Have you seen your kids in the last two years?
