number 1: Michigan didn't RELY on manufacturing. number 2: Michigan was part of the solution in the environment, not part of the problem. number 3: Michigan manufactured solutions to envirnomental problems and the factories didn't pollute NEARLY as much. GREEN FACTORIES! number 4: Our children had a good enough education to get whatever kind of job they wanted, not just manufacturing. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? It could happen.

To the last comment, this lady is a scientist. And there is sound science that this chemical is not only harmful, but showing up in the bodies of our most vulnerable citizens-- babies.
