The pop up is gone for 18 months, the INCREASED transfer tax is FOREVER. More sneaky tax increases from two penny jenny. This woman has no shame.

Here we go again. Another bandaid. This is what we need to pay our state legislators for because some idiots sold us a bill of goods with Proposal A. I have it fixed for me. I'm staying put.

This is exactly what is needed to be able to preserve family property. This is a step in the right direction to preserve family values! I'm tired of government not making any distinction between a complete stranger and a family member.

I read thru the proposed bill and don't see anything about an 18 month limitation - where can that be found?

The 18 month moratorium on pop up is HB 4440 and the tie bar bill is 4441. I don't think this bill (4445) is linked to any of those.
