It's a matter of your property value, thats taxable, and then .1 mil which is $1 for every $1,000, so a '$200,000' really is getting taxed $200 and where does this money even go? Who gets it? Who deals it out? What does it get spent on? Why cant the city pay for it already? Why FORCE people who dont care about a bad zoo, pay for it? Detroit has no clue, non.
