Senate Bill 216 (Levy surcharge on utility bills Has Lansing lost its mind? Does it know how many people have moved out of this state, and how many more are planning to in the future? Too many Republican's and Democrat's alike live in a fog of lobbyists! Maybe we can all move in with these tax, spend, and surcharge legislators -- that way we could save some of our OWN money!

It's hard enough to pay our own utility bills, the Well has gone dry! How can you be sure the extra money would go to the needy anyway--it's hard to trust anyone. Very hard to keep our own head above water! What about the THAW program?

Please! so many want to be in these positions of office yet they have nothing to offer except increase our taxes! If thats all I had to offer these folks I'd quit. You should have wanted this position because you have something to offer besides getting money out of pockets. I know where I go when I need help and God is a very present help in a time of need. Its too bad most don't recognize that fact especially those in leadership who are accountable to God and I am sure would like to really like to make a difference. Why do we stray from the one who made us to depend on Him, who encourages us to ask Him for wisdom and He would give it liberally! Don't delay turn to the one who has wisdom and leave those alone who have enough pressure already.
