Introduced in the Senate on February 15, 2007, to make eligible and give priority to claims from a proposed Medicaid estate recovery program upon the estate of deceased person who had more debts than assets. Medicaid estate recovery is a program in which the cost of services provided to Medicaid recipients (most often nursing home or long-term care services) may be recovered from the person’s estate after death. This guy who introduced this bill is the same one that introduced the bill to force students to pay for a retake of the merit test. This guy should be recalled! This know nothing guy should introduce a bill to change the law on term limits! All we have now in Lansing are bunch of kids who do not have a clue! ! !

I think many seniors seniors feel a lifetime of paying taxes should be banked for the unforeseen event that could cause them to ask for help from our government.
