    Dumb ta dumb dumb DUMB

American teens been getting together and cruising since the first car rolled off the Detroit line.I mean it's one of the best part's of being a teenager.I mean it's when we start to come of age entering adult life and like I said just flat out having fun. This Edward guy must really hate America and our way of life.

    Important

This is a very important issue to me. Did you know that a teenager driving with one teen passenger is fifty percent more likely to crash? I think that Gaffney has only the best interests for America.

    HB4151

As a driving school owner in the State of Michigan I completely support this bill and think that it is a step in the right direction. Anyone that would oppose this bill is not concerned with our citizens safety.

    i oppose this bill

on the principle that it's none of the state's business how many people i have in my car. it's mine. it's none of the state's business whether or not my children get into accidents, it's mine and my insurance company's. the state doesn't have to pay a dime extra if my child gets into an accident, as the police and fire departments are already paid by my taxes and any ambulances are paid by my insurance. no. i don't WANT my child to get into an accident, but legislation won't stop her from having one. the government is in WAY TOO FAR OVER IT'S HEAD ALREADY in matters it has no business attending to. perhaps if the state troopers were actually DOING THEIR JOB instead of 'fishing for revenue', then the roads would be much safer. perhaps if county sheriff's were patrolling the streets and roads, children new to driving wouldn't speed and 'act out' behind the wheel. perhaps if city police weren't so interested in stopping every car on the streets after 'closing time' to see if it can raise enough income to pay his salary for the next year, they would have time to EDUCATE YOUNG DRIVERS BETTER. but these things won't happen, not in this state. the state is not responsible for my children's safety, nor is it going to allow itself to be HELD RESPONSIBLE. so why is the state wasting my valuable tax money considering this intrusive legislation? so they can get more revenue from young drivers.

    Stop this Bill!

They cant just single out young new drivers if there going to do this they need to do it towards all ages. There’s plenty of distracted drivers that are middle aged when friends are in the car. People roughly 18-25 drive to fast. Seniors drive to slow, some can barley see over the wheel. Almost everybody talks on a cell phone that isn’t hands free. Why do drivers 16-18 with a level 2 license get singled out? Please tell me!!!

    Stop this Bill! p2

I forgot to say the "distracting" person next to the 16-18 year old might notice something that the "driver" did see. This could save both of their "lives" This shouldn't pass
