I thought we took care of this last session. It is a violation of the constitution and must be voted on statewide. What part of the oath you took do you not understand?

By the way. the operative word is will take a 2/3 vote to allow it to go on the ballot not a likely 2/3 vote. See Article XII sec.1 of the State constitution.
