Excuse me Mary but why ONLY one area, why not ALL community colleges

in Michigan to offer these services? Curious? I think it's a great idea, especially financial literacy to break the cycle, but why would tax payers on my side of the state just pay for your side of the state? Hmmm. Great plan. Take it STATEWIDE for EQUITY, please.

    How do you fund?

Can you please tell me where the money will come from to support such a large program? Did anyone tell Mary the SBT has been abolished and the Big 3 automakers will never provide the tax base they once did?

    This bill is PREVENTATIVE, PROACTIVE

It will keep you from paying future bill like welfare and the end result is more pleasant and compassionate.
