Who were the dimbulbs that added the garbage that is to be stricken from the MCL. How did they determine whether a female was employed in any place "detrimental to her morals". Did they test for "morals". How about men being given to tasks "disproportionate to strength"? Or "detrimental to their health"? How did they determine "potential capacity for motherhood"?
Why was this nonsense ever passed and why was it allowed to remain on the books so long?
