This bill needs to be killed in committee as it expands unnecessary beauracratic processes in an effort to tax vehicles at the tolls. This is simply unnecessary and the governor has the power to appoint individual advisors on this issue that could subsequently volunteer to serve on localized advisory boards where appropriate. We should be considering downsizing processes instead of upscaling them.
