Introduced in the Senate on April 20, 2006, to prohibit a person riding a bicycle or moped on a public road from riding abreast of another rider, unless it is specifically allowed on the particular road by a state or local law. Also, to require bicycle riders to stay all the way over on the right when riding on a road, except for situations defined in the bill, require riders using the sidewalk (where allowed) to yield to pedestrians, and require them to make an audible signal when overtaking pedestrians.
