    Friend of inmate

Juveniles that have never been in trouble before and are sentenced to life with the possiability of parole are not being let out or even being seen by the parole board. When they are given the option of pleading guilty so they can have parole after twenty-five years why are they being held still after thirty years? A person of seventeen is a different person at 47.

    I agree!

Nobody is the same person from one year to the next much less a young offender (under 18) wouldn't be the same person even after five years in that horrible adult enviroment but after 20 years, it's just not right. We need to change the juv. sentencing laws. At least hear and evaluate these now adults that have lived over half their lives in prison.
