I wonder just why you set a age limit or minimum of 60 years of age. I am not 60 years old and I cannot get around in the woods like I used to due to health reasons. Just why am I being discriminated against because I am not of a certain age? I would think a much more fair way to do this would be to be required to carry a card of form from the state or doctor stating a reason of disability, not being a certain age.

ATVs and ORVs are motorized vehicles and do not belong on trails designated for non-motorized traffic. This bill would allow them on such trails, albeit in a limited way, thereby aggravating an old conflict that has taken years to reduce and resolve. It would mandate very poor public policy.
