It's a step in the right direction.

This bill should be approved favorably out of committee, passed by the Legislature, and signed into law by the Governor.
It's past due that seniors should be exempted from rising taxes on their homes.

How about either removing the 25 year school district residency requirement or change it to Michigan residency.

These people have already paid their dues.
It shouldn't matter where they lived during that time.
