In terms of homeland security, this is essential and should be passed. We cannot continue looking the other way when illegals sabbotage U.S. laws.

I can't believe this issue has not been addressed in the past. I know people who work for FIA and they are very disturbed by the trend of giving benefits to illegal aliens.
