Introduced in the House on March 13, 2003, to extend the latest retirement date which qualifies a school employee to be covered by an exemption to the law which places certain restrictions on the pension benefits of school retirees who become re-employed by a public school. Current law limits the amount that can be earned by a retired teacher working at a school without reducing the retiree's pension
