    Introduced in the Senate on May 17, 2001, to exempt from sales tax sales of aircraft to a person for subsequent lease to a domestic air carrier

    The vote was 34 in favor, 0 opposed and 3 not voting

    This appears to be a law passed for one guy. Must have a lot of legislators as golf buddies. Otherwise what is going on here?
