To terminate a state entity called the Michigan enterprise zone authority (which was absorbed earlier by another agency called the Michigan Strategic Fund), and eliminate a requirement that neighborhood enterprise zones which give tax selective breaks to particular developers must send a report of the assessed values and property taxes to this entity's successor.
