To eliminate a prohibition on prorating liquor licensing and transfer fees and allow them to be prorated on a quarterly basis. Under current law, a full-year license expires on April 30 each year, regardless of the date it was issued. Also, to allow the owner of a gas station with a license to sell beer and wine to also sell beer and wine at a second gas station under the same license.
