2013 House Bill 4953: Unemployment insurance reform package (Senate Roll Call 429)

Passed 35 to 3 in the Senate on October 17, 2013, to potentially increase the unemployment payroll tax on an employer who fails to provide a timely notice to the state unemployment agency that a person has been fired, not laid off, and so is not eligible for benefits.
