2011 Senate Bill 93: Expand CPL law to include tasers (House Roll Call 184)
Passed 109 to 1 in the House on April 19, 2012, to include tasers in the sentencing guidelines that apply to a prohibition on carrying a concealed pistol in schools, day care facilities, sports stadiums or arenas, bars, bar/restaurants, places of worship, college dorms and classrooms, hospitals, casinos, entertainment facilities that hold more than 2,500, and courts. Senate Bill 29 would allow concealed pistol permit holders to keep and bear tasers, which are otherwise prohibited to citizens.
