Our non-profit organization....CITIZENS for PARENTAL RIGHTS applauds Senator Rick Jones
for all his efforts in legislation to protect the children and families of Michigan.
However, in discussion of SB 320, our organization found that the bill as it is presently
proposed, leaves too many loopholes where interpretation is wide open. In dealing with
child protection laws, they must be locked tight, leaving no room for any interpretation.
