

2011 Senate Bill 275: Establish new limits on government permit delays (House Roll Call 477)
Passed 66 to 41 in the House on November 10, 2011, to limit the power of a state department to delay a required permit by claiming the application is not “administratively complete.” Among other things, an application would be considered “administratively complete” unless the department rules otherwise within 30 days.
