I agree. More selective elimination of liberty based on the tired "if
it saves one life" argument. Perhaps they should consider outlawing
drivers over 75 years old too.

The whole restriction ought to be repealed. Leave it to the parents to decide if their teenager is mature enough to have passengers in the car and how many.
