2011 Senate Bill 130: Ban drivers license renewal if three unpaid parking tickets (Senate Roll Call 261)

I think this is definitely a good bill here. People need to pay their parking tickets and if they do not they will not be able to renew their license. Great job on this. handicap shower stalls
