

2009 Senate Bill 889: Clarify film subsidy disclosure requirement (House Roll Call 525)
Passed 99 to 1 in the House on December 2, 2010, to clarify that the law which prohibits the Department of Treasury from divulging any facts or information regarding a particular taxpayer does not apply to film production tax break/subsidy applications, agreements, denials, credit and subsidy claims, and the aggregate amount of subsidies and tax breaks claimed, as required by the film subsidy law.
