

2010 Senate Bill 1235: Authorize new transit-related spending, tax breaks and subsidies (House Roll Call 504)
Passed 90 to 12 in the House on December 1, 2010, to revise the law that grants local governments to borrow and spend to build things like parking garages, recreational facilities and other buildings to include “improvements” within a half mile of a transit station, and to transit stations themselves. The bill is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 1233 to 1237.
