End "some" offenses??? NO, repeal these Draconian fees (read taxes) immediately and
forever. This state has taxed away so many citizens and businesses
over the years it will take the rest of my lifetime to ever see any
semblance of prosperity return to Michigan.

This bill has proven to be an attack on the poor and underprivlege, who already can't afford rising cost of auto insurance and any fines to their already strapped income. This is a double jeopardy bill that fines you twice for one offense.

about time this travesty is ended.
