I recommend support and passage of this bill; returns service people need at least this much time if not more. They have a lot of issues to deal with.

2) 2007 Senate Bill 192 (Revise duties of employers of returned military employees ) [by admin on January 1, 2001]
Introduced in the Senate on February 13, 2007, to extend from 15 days to 45 days the amount of time an employee returning a leave of absence because of active duty military service has to notify the employer that he or she is seeking re-employment under a state law the requires and employer to take the person back with the same seniority and rights that would have accrued but for the military service. The extension would be 90 days if the service was more than six months
