I THINK GOOD TIME SHOULD BE PASSED FOR ALL OF US THAT GOT LOVED ONE LOCKED UP AND DOING GOOD AND BEEN GOOD.DONE WHAT THEY ARE BEEN ASK TO. A JOB,DRUG AA CLASS,GOING TO SCHOOL IF NEED TO ECT.KEEP OUT OF TROUBLE BEST THEY CAN.

I GOT A LOVE ONE IN CARSON CITY ANDE HE DOING WELL THERE AND HE BEEN IN OHTER PRISON IN HIS LIFE OVER 16 YEARS. YES A LOT OF YOU DO NOT WANT A GOOD TIME LAW TO BE PASSE. WEILL I CAN TELL YOU I AM HERE SAYING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT,I AM NOT SAY WILLIAM BEEN GOOD IN HIS LIFE HE DONE WRONG

I CAN END THIS BY SAY TO THE ONE THAT THINK GOOD TIME BAD WELL I CAN TELL YOU THIS IN 1988 I LOST A UNCLE HE WAS TOOK FORM US. A PERSON WENT IN TO HIS HOME AND KILLED HIM. AND I HERE FIGHT FOR GOOD TIME FOR WILLIAM AND OHTER.HAVE TO LOOK IN YOUR HART AND TRY SEE IF YOU CAN DO IT AND IF NOT RIGHT FOR THAT OK.

When a city writes you a ticket and you fight it, if the judge does you a favor they will make the fine stick but not give you any points. This is a good deal for you since your insurance company stays out of your pocket. Two penny jenny gets real upset though because all the money stays in the city. This is how redford and canton finance their cities.
In ann arbor they wanted to hire two cops. The city council said no. The cops then went and figured out that if the new cops write the AVERAGE number of tickets that the rest of the cops write it will cost nothing and actually make them some money. Hey why stop at two new cops. Lets put a hundred more out there and really rake in the cash.

to enforce local laws.

county sheriff's are there to enforce county laws, as well as run the county jails when necessary.

state troopers are only supposed to patrol our state highways. state paid traffic cops.

they don't have a residential beat, they don't have civil paperwork to deliver, they don't have a county jail to maintain, they just patrol highways.

in other states, the county deputies do a lot of patrolling of the highways, as the counties want to get a piece of the 'ticket bonanza'. if the county deputy writes the ticket, the county gets all the funds, except what the state charges. if the trooper writes the ticket, the county only gets a little.
