The bill would create a Michigan Board of Acupuncture to recommend professional standards that would be promulgated as administrative rules (having the force of law) by the Department of Community Health. Is it necessary to license every single occupation that exists? Enough already.
Why don't you guys just pass a law that makes it illegal for anything bad to happen, or illegal that anything go wrong. That should cover it.
