2005 Senate Bill 271 (Appropriations: 2005-2006 Welfare budget ) (House Roll Call 261)

Passed in the House (102 to 0) on June 28, 2005, to send the bill back to the Senate "stripped" of all actual appropriations, leaving it in its original form as a "template" or "placeholder." This vote is basically a procedural method of launching negotiations to work out the differences between the House and Senate budget. [History, Amendments & Comments]

The vote was 102 in favor, 0 opposed, and 8 not voting

Will someone please give me even a little insight as to why faith based organizations are required to be included in the monitoring? I don't know how to find out why and I don't see any answers where I've been looking on the site?

2) Who's faith? [by Anonymous Citizen on June 17, 2005]
What faith based organizations will be included in this? There are too many faiths for this to not be a shady deal. And I'm assuming the majority of them will not be included.
